I am an MBA graduate with a distinguished career as a business consultant and the co-founder and Chief Operating Officer at Gozynta. Since the company’s inception in 2018, I have played a critical role in shaping its direction, focusing on developing robust sales, marketing, support, HR, and business development functions. My leadership philosophy centers on fostering an inclusive corporate culture, which has been instrumental in achieving remarkable diversity milestones, including a technical team that is 50% female and reflects significant racial diversity.

My commitment to inclusivity is evident across all aspects of the organization, from recruitment practices to our marketing strategies, ensuring that Gozynta is recognized not only for its business achievements but also for its integrity and diverse workforce. Prior to joining Gozynta, I contributed to the leadership team of an internationally renowned interfaith university, where I also earned my MBA. This experience, coupled with my responsibilities in organizing events at the White House, has honed my skills in strategic planning and leadership.

My career has taken me on a lot of different paths: from working with tiny startups to working with Fortune 500 corporations, from embedded development in assembly to desktop applications to microservices on Kubernetes, electron microscopes, firearms, and helicopters to name a few things. I’m a self-taught software developer who has led 2 businesses. I spent 10 years doing development consulting for different companies, which gained me a lot of experience with different businesses. The more I learn, the more I realize that I don’t know, but I’m happy to share some of what I’ve learned so far.

With a rich history spanning 16 years in leadership, I have had the privilege of leading teams ranging from teams of 4 to robust teams of 125 individuals. I have spent the past decade in the role of a Service Delivery Manager, cementing my reputation as a seasoned IT professional with a comprehensive skill set. I bring extensive leadership experience and a proven track record in IT service management built on the sturdy foundations of ITIL 4.

As a seasoned and results-driven IT professional, my forte lies in extensive leadership, coupled with a stellar track record in IT service management. My expertise spans IT operations, service desk management, IT documentation, process creation and implementation, project management, technical support, IT sales, and a comprehensive understanding of MSP software and their configurations. Armed with a unique blend of business acumen, leadership acumen, and technical proficiency, I am poised to make impactful contributions to any MSP.

If I was a Star Wars character, I’d be Obi Wan Kenobi. Why? Because, much like the wise Jedi, I’ve got a strong moral compass, and I tackle problems with thoughtfulness and precision. I bring the force of skills, and just like Obi, I lead my teams with kindness, understanding, patience, and respect.

I’m Faith Johnson, and I’m part of the leadership team at Gozynta, where I lead our marketing efforts. My work focuses on content, campaigns, and creating resources that help MSPs make clearer decisions and feel more confident in how they operate. I try to keep things practical and approachable, and I care a lot about making information easy to understand and apply.

I help MSPs streamline operations and boost profitability through expert ConnectWise PSA (Manage) and CPQ (Sell) optimization. With 18+ years in Manage and 6+ years in Sell, I specialize in workflow redesign, automation, and seamless system integrations. Known for a results-driven, consultative approach, I guide teams through operational improvements that increase efficiency, accuracy, and measurable business impact.

With over 10 years of experience in the customer service realm, I’ve had the opportunity to grow across a wide range of industries, from the fast-paced travel sector to the technical world of engineering and managed service providers. This journey has given me a unique perspective on problem-solving, communication, and the value of building strong relationships.
I thrive in team environments and believe in creating a sense of community wherever I go. Whether working with small groups or large organizations, I enjoy bringing people together, encouraging collaboration, and helping everyone feel supported. For me, success is not just about the results we achieve, but also about how we grow and learn together along the way.

Continuous learning and personal growth are central to who I am. I actively seek out opportunities to expand my skills and push beyond my comfort zone knowing that each challenge brings the chance to evolve both professionally and individually.

I am a support-focused IT professional with over 6 years of experience working in the MSP space, primarily on service desks where I’ve supported a wide range of clients across industries. My work has focused on providing technical support, resolving IT issues efficiently, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations for end users.
Currently based in the Washginton, D.C. metro area, I’m excited to bring my skills and energy to the Gozynta team. I’m passionate about building meaningful connections, learning new tools, and making technology feel easy for others.

Outside of work, I spend most of my time with Maya, my big, beautiful American Bully XL. She’s been by my side since she was a puppy and definitely runs the house. Whether we’re going on long walks, hanging out at the park, or just chilling at home, she keeps life entertaining and full of love.
